Taxpayer paid uniforms are what each and every police officer wears, and it goes so far as to say that even the horses that are in the mounted units have matching saddles.
In fact one will see exactly what it is that one is all about when it is that one wants to work for the city in some sort of a uniform required position. For firefighters, surely so. As well are, for the public work crew, the thermal suits.
Call center workers are usually not seen by most folks, why should they need to be suited up?
