Basically, I would say, and agree with Kate, that it is knowing what you are doing. Buy HOW do you know what you are doing? Kate say, use the scientific method. The process method which is well researched and spelled out. We have to eliminate the "looks good" syndrome, and dive in to see the facts. She say people think itīs hard, yes, but it can turn your company around and get the charts looking up.
Now a days everywhere technology is required. Not only technology but advance technology.In order to maintain and provide good customer service call centers also require good and fast call center software . Because if call centers will not be technology upgraded they can not maintain their good service and yes not any customer wants poor service.
