Innovative call center sessions

Over seventy call center professionals were brought together from across the United States assisting in the success of this month’s Online User Forum.

Threshold messages as well as other helpful topics were discussed in the Forum which was geared solely toward advising attendees on best practices on the job and so forth.

FastText is a new ad hoc device used for messaging and can be found useful by Broadcast users. A brief demo of this new tool was presented to the audience in attendance.
