This is so outrageous! I think that we have to be very careful with whom we disclose some important information about ourselves. I really pity that single mom who was being scared by Chase's call center. I think that this is not a proper way on how to inform the client about her mortgages. I think this is really disgusting. I hope that proper authorities will take a look at this issue and that they will be able to do something about it.

Another Call Center to be Established by Verizon

I have worked in the call center and I know how exciting the work is. In fact, I really enjoy helping clients with their concerns and that is the most inspiring part for working in the call center. I would agree that Verizon is really a big and trusted company and I am glad to know that they are going to establish another branch in Pittsburgh. I am so pleased to the customer service representatives of Verizon because they are so nice and friendly. More success for Verizon to come.
