Hi there! Customers are always right. True, indeed, we have to deal with them professionally. Most especially irate customers need to be treated well so that they will be able to control their emotions and to avoid for the situation to get worse. I know that that this is sometimes difficult for the customer service representatives. Sometimes, we have to be patient and understanding of what the customers are going through.
