Hi there! I understand that being a customer service rep is never an easy task. It is a test of patience and understanding. This will also test your personality on how to deal with the customers especially those who are very angry and shouting at you. We can't avoid that. The best thing that you can do is just to deal with that rudeness professionally and bear in mind that it is not you whom they are angry at.
