    Are we satisfying the customer?

    Customer service is something that all companies strive to achieve however very few actually achieve a level of acceptable performance. The main reason is that there is no clear way to measure the complaints that are being generated and an even poorer system to bring these complaints to the attention of the companies senior people who are able to effect change. Maybe companies should receive training in systems of recording and communicating information in a more correct fashion thus satisfying the customer and spreading a quality through word of mouth which as most successful businesses are aware is the best marketing tool.

    Customer Service With a Heart

    I, myself was a customer service representative two years ago. It just saddened me to think that often times, customers think we are stupid. No we are not! In fact you just don't know how difficult it is hto deal with mean and inconsiderate customers. We get to receive bunch of customers using profanity all the time. I just wonder, these customers are more robotic than us. Robots don't have a heart, and so they do. Heartless customers! Of course we understand your sentiments, suer, because that's what we are here for. Your stress absorbers!

    Overtime - Job Stressor

    Jobs stress, is a type of stress caused by things and situation in one's job. It should is one of the factors that employers and the management of a company should look up to, for it could affect the productivity and performance of an employee.

    One of the possible cause of job stress is overworking, doing overtime all the time, taking more loads than the usual 9-5 routine, taking work at home, or even not having the chance to relax and take a vacation.
