    Customer Service is one of the most important thing to gain and keep you customers. Herbalife knows this pretty much and is closely paying attention to this.

    One of their Contact Centers in Mexico(in Guadalahara) has been given a "Center of Excellence Award" from BenchmarkPortal in 'The Center for Customer-Driven Quality which was founded at Purdue University, according to a MarketWatch report.

    The award given to Herbalife's contact center was the first to be given in call center in the country.
