To improve performance as well as to reduce employee turnover, one should simply incorporate fun into their activities.
When one is offered prizes, gift cards, refillable debit cards and so one, these gifts, as incentives would surely encourage a considerable number of employees to perform at a much better standard than they usual would.
This new approach at the workplace may indeed be the wave of the future concerning boring jobs and tedious tasks. Many people would be more than willing to perform a hundred and ten percent for just a bit of incentive.
