I, myself was a customer service representative two years ago. It just saddened me to think that often times, customers think we are stupid. No we are not! In fact you just don't know how difficult it is hto deal with mean and inconsiderate customers. We get to receive bunch of customers using profanity all the time. I just wonder, these customers are more robotic than us. Robots don't have a heart, and so they do. Heartless customers!
