This news on the lay off of about 70 employees in the AT&T Mobility office would have been devastating to them, especially since most of them have been in the company for at least 4 years.
But as the bible says, "when God closes a door, He opens a window." This window is definitely the Northeast Minnesota Office of Job Training that came to their rescue to help them get a $250,800 grant from the state's employment department to help them retool, review or finish college. Now they are on to better ventures in life.
